离体人下颌骨力-电电位的响应

【摘要】 目的 测量下颌骨离体试件受力后产生的应变和力-电电位 ,得到它们之间初步的定量关系曲线 .方法 通过 2 0~ 5 0岁正常人尸体 2 0个下颌骨悬臂梁弯曲实验来实现 .结果 不同人体的下颌骨 ,其力 -电电位是不同的 ,但具有相同的规律性 .即力 -电电位与应变间具有一定相关关系 .在生理变形范围内 ,下颌骨力 -电电位随应变增大而呈非线性增加 ,同一下颌骨 ,不同位置 ,相同应变下 ,电位不同 ,中切牙位置电位最大 ,向两侧逐渐减小 .结论 下颌骨力 -电电位大小的分布与受力作用后的应力大小分布一致

【Abstract】 AIM To measure the quantitative relationship between the force and potential. METHODS Twenty humans, 20~50 years old, were analyzed by the cantilever bending experiment to the lower jaw. RESULTS Electromechanical potentials were different in accordance with the lower jaw of the different body, but they had the same regularity, i.e., there was a regular relationship between the forces and the potentials. In the range of the physiological deformation,the electromechanical potentials of the lower jaw increased with stress in nonlinear. In the same sample of the lower jaw, it was found that the different position of testing had the different potential in the same strain. In the lower central incisor, the potential was the maximum, and it decreased from the central to molar area. CONCLUSION Potential distribution of the lower jaw is the same in accordance with the stress distribution of the lower jaw, which is under the force.
