【Abstract】 This is a speech given by the author who is the Council chairperson of Electrics Research Association of CHEU, on the opening ceremony of 8th annual meeting. Its main contents given a review on the 16 years tasks directed by this association since it was established, and hoped that the whole national teachers working on electrics teaching do reform more, better and deeper than befor, prepare to cope with the challenge in new century.更多还原
