【摘要】 在传热风洞试验台上 ,采用恒壁温方法 ,对 4排 4列共 1 6根方形翅片管组成的管束空气侧流动阻力与传热性进行了试验研究。根据试验结果 ,拟合得到了阻力系数与传热系数的关联式 ,并与前苏联 1 973年锅炉热力计算标准方法进行了比较 ,结果表明前苏联方法在低风速 ( <2 5m/s)时是可靠的 ;在高风速时 ,计算公式的误差较大。此研究为高风速条件下的翅片管流动与传热特性提供了试验数据。图 5参 7

【Abstract】 Air flow and heat transfer over a 4 row, rectangular, finned tube economizer are investigated in a wind rig by experimental methods of keeping wall temperatures constant. The present results are compared with results calculated from Soviet boiler standard thermalhydraulic computational correlation. For wind velocity less than 25m/s, these two results agree well with each other. Whereas for larger velocity, the soviet correlation is invalid. Finally, correlations for friction factor and heat transfer coefficients are proposed based on the experimental results. This study presents a set of data for flow and heat transfer of rectangular finned tube bundles under the condition of larger wind velocity. Figs5 and refs 7.
