低比速离心泵叶轮内三维不可压湍流场计算
3-D Incompressible Turbulent Flow Calculatioin in The Impeller of Low-Specific-Speed Centrifugal Pump
【摘要】 采用压强连接的隐式修正 ( SIMPLE-C)算法 ,在贴体网格坐标下对控制方程进行有限差分离散后 ,在考虑旋转与曲率的影响下修正采用 k-ε湍流模型 ,由此求解了低比速离心泵叶轮内三维不可压湍流场 ,揭示的流动特征反映了设计思想。图 5参 5
【Abstract】 In this paper, the Semi Implicit Method for Pressure Linked Equations Correction (SIMPLE C) algorithm is used. Under the body fitted grid, the control equations are discregted with Finite Differencing Method. Utilizing the k ε turbulent model modified to consider the curature and rotatiion, this paper has computed the 3 D incompressible turbulent flow in the impeller of a low specific speed centrifugal pump. The flow characteristics of the computational flow field show the design ideas, which will be supportive to the optimal design of low specific speed centrifugal pumps. Figs5 and refs5.
