【Abstract】 Abnormal embryoids and hyperhydric shoots,which have deformed morphological appearance and disordered phiysiological function,are two types of abnormal phenomenon occured frequently in plant tissue culture.Because they can not developinto normal plantlets or hardly survive when transferred from in vitro to greenhouse conditions,they are serious problems which limits the success rate of plant tissue culture.This paper summarized the morphological characteristics,the techniques for the control of them and so on.The problems which exised and should further investigate in these study fields were discussed.更多还原
