【Abstract】 Treated with 0.1~0.2 mg/L MET in medium,regenerated tube plantl et of Humulus lupulus L.grew short and dumpy,number of each plantlet root increased,survival rate of transplant improved 13%.Treated with 0.5~2.0 mg/L MET,tube plantlets developed callus greatly,lost chlorophyll and growth was restrained.The effect of MET was directly correlated with the concentration of glucose.更多还原
