【摘要】 无核白葡萄在授粉后 2 0～ 50 d,将胚珠接种在含不同激素的 Nitsch培养基上 ,培养80～ 90 d后转入胚萌发培养基中 ,待胚萌发 2 0 d左右 ,再转入成苗培养基中使其发育成正常幼苗。结果表明 ,胚萌发适宜的培养基是附加 0 .5mg/ L IAA、1 .5mg/ L BA和 0 .5mg/ LGA3的 Nitsh培养基 ,在所试 1 0个接种时期中 ,以授粉后 39d胚的发育率最高更多还原

【Abstract】 d after anthesis,ovules of ‘Thompson Seedless’ grape were cultured on Nitsch medium supplemented with different growth regulators and were transferred on germinating medium after 80~90 d cultured.20 d after the ovules were subcultured on 1/2 MS medium and plantlets were induced.The results indicated that the suitable medium was Nitsch+0.5 mg/L IAA+1.5 mg/L BA+0.5 mg/L GA 3.The better period of inoculation was 39 days after anthesis.更多还原
