加拿大大麦育种材料的赤霉病抗性鉴定

【摘要】 赤霉病是大麦最主要的世界性病害 ,在湿热的流行年份不仅使大麦减产严重 ,而且受过赤霉病菌毒素污染的籽粒严重影响人畜的安全。目前对赤霉病最好的防治途径仍然是对抗性品种的选育 ,而抗病育种的关键是筛选和创造抗病材料。本研究对 2 0 0 0份加拿大大麦新品系进行了赤霉病抗性的鉴定。结果表明 ,供试品系间的抗赤霉病性存在显著差异 ,有 193份品系较抗 (耐 )赤霉病 ;二棱大麦对赤霉病的抗性明显强于六棱大麦 ,其抗病品系也显著多于六棱大麦 ;大麦的抽穗期对赤霉病的发生也有显著影响

【Abstract】 The 2000 barley lines from Canada were identified for FHB resistance in Hangzhou. The results showed that there were differences among barley genotypes for FHB resistance. The percentage of diseased sipkes of 193 barley lines was ≤10% which were resistant to FHB. The number of two rowed barley was largely more than that of six rowed among resitant lines. The FHB resistance of two rowed lines was stronger than that of six rewed lines. The rowed type and heading date influenced significantly the resistance of barley genotype to FHB.
