【摘要】 分析了国内外抄表器研究的现状 ,指出目前研究的远程自动抄表系统不适合中国农村使用。然而 ,农村电网改造后抄表工作量的剧增 ,使引入自动化手段十分必要。为此 ,针对农村目前的经济现状 ,以最大程度降低成本为目标 ,给出了一种适用于农村电网低成本抄表器的设计 ,介绍了其硬件结构和软件实现。数据抄录的全部功能均可在抄表器上实现 ,还可由计算机进行设置。软件略做调整 ,即可用于水表、煤气表、热力表等其它需进行数据抄录的地方作为通用抄表器使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present situation of meter reader research is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the remote automatic meter reading system is not suitable for rural power network.Due to the dramatic increase of meter reading task after the reformation of rural power network, automatic meter reading is hence necessary.According to the economic situation of China’s countryside,a design of low cost meter reader for it is given,which aims to reduce the cost as low as possible.The hardware architecture and the software implementation of the reader are introduced.All data reading functions can be realized on it and configured by PC.With little modification on software,it can be used as universal meter reader for water meter,gas meter,heat meter,etc.更多还原
