【摘要】 说明了负荷管理的手段及方法 ,并以南京供电局在南京市实施负荷管理的情况为例 ,从负荷特性分析、峰谷分时电价的实施及大用户的负荷管理等方面 ,阐述了负荷管理对电网运行和电力经营产生的影响。南京市实施的部分结果表明 ,负荷管理可以改变电力系统负荷曲线的形状 ,从而达到期望的目标 ,同时还可以为电力负荷的预测提供修正的参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods and measures of load management are described.With its application in Nanjing City by Nanjing Power Bureau as an example,the effect of load management on the operation and management of power metwork is expounded from load characteristic analysis,time of use implementation and large load user management.Part of implementary result shows that load management can shape the load curve of power system to reach the expected aim and supply revised parameters for load forecast.更多还原
