【摘要】 目的：总结管状吻合器在食管癌根治术中食管胃机械吻合的应用方法及使用要点。方法：分析43例食管癌常规手术切除病灶后使用管状吻合器行胸内食管胃机械吻合。结果：43例食管癌根治术后吻合口瘘1例，无吻合口狭窄及出血。结论：食管胃机械吻合方法的使用，与常规手工吻合相比，降低了吻合口瘘、狭窄、出血的发生率，并使胸膜顶吻合变得相对容易，手术效果较为满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To summarize the application and procedures of esophagogastric anastomat in the radical resection of esophagus cancer.Methods:43 patients with esophagus cancer were administered the anastomat intrathoracicly after conventional resection.Results:Of 43 cases,no one had the bleeding and stricture after operation except for anastomatic fistula happened in one case.Conclusion:The application of the esophagogastric anastomat decreases the incidence of anastomosis and makes the anastomosis easier in comparison with the conventional manual esophagogastrostomy method.更多还原
