【摘要】 目的：探讨肥胖病人的麻醉处理。方法：对１９８９年１９９８年所遇肥胖病人中３２例，术中全部施行全麻气管内插管。结果：肥胖患者伴随体重的增加各脏器功能可出现明显的异常变化，肥胖病人的麻醉处理有其特殊性。结论：肥胖病人的麻醉处理关键在于适当的方法及药物选择，诱导平稳，术中及术后呼吸道的妥善管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the suitable treatment of anaesthesia for the fat patients during the surgical operations. Methods: The Affiliated Hospital of Dali MAedical College admitted 32 fat patients who were then administered the surgical operations from 1989 to 1998. All the fat patients were given an endotracheal tube operation under a general anaesthesia. Results: An apparent difference of organs may be seen in fat patients with the increase of the patients’ body weight. It is necessary to administer some special anaesthesia procedures to the fat patients during the period of operations. Conclusions: The key point of anaesthesia for the fat patients if to select a suitable method and some correct anaesthetic a- gents. the induction for the anaesthesia should be stable with a proper treatment of nursing during and after the operations.更多还原
