【摘要】 目的：对澜沧江下游地区的思茅、澜沧、景洪、勐腊、勐海５个县、市进行三种蚊媒病毒的抗体调查，了解当地蚊媒病毒的流行情况。方法：血凝抑制试验。结果：在人血清中，乙型脑炎的阳性率为４６．９４％，基孔肯雅的阳性率为２．６３％，辛德毕斯的阳性率为１．９３％；在鼠血清中，乙型脑炎的阳性率为１６．１５％，基孔肯雅的阳性率为０．７３％，辛德毕斯的阳性率为０．７３％。结论：证实澜沧江下游地区在人群和鼠间存在乙型脑炎、基孔肯雅和辛德毕斯病毒的感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the epidemic situation of mosquito - borne viruses, and to investigate the antibodies against the three species of mosquito - borne viruses in Simao, Lancang, Jinhong, Menla and Menhai counties in the lower reaches area of Lancang river. Method: hemagglutination inhibition(HI) test. Results: The positive rate of the antibodies against Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV), chikungunya virus (CHIKV) and sindbis virus(SINV) in human sera is 46. 94%, 2. 63% and 1. 93% respectively. The positive rate of the antibodies against JEV, CHIKV and SINV in rodent (Rattus flavipictus) sera is 16. 89%, 0. 78% and 0. 58% respectively. Conclusion: There have been JEV, CHIKV and SINV infection occurrence in humans and rodents in the lower reaches area of Lancang river in Yunnan province.更多还原
