【摘要】 目的：研究络泰粉针剂对凝血功能及血小板聚集功能的影响；方法：用毛细管法及体外血小板聚集实验研究络泰粉针剂对动物凝血时间及血小板聚集功能的影响；结果：络泰粉针剂可使凝血时间明显延长，血小板聚集能力明显下降。另外，络泰粉针剂还能提高小鼠耐缺氧能力。结论：络泰粉针剂有抗凝血及血小板聚集抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of LTPI on coagulation and platelet aggregation. Methods: Using capillary method to study the effect of LTPI on coagulation and on platelet aggregation by a platelet aggregation test in vitro. Results: LTPI has significantly prolonged the clotting time in mice and decreased the platelet aggregation function in vitro. In addition, LTPI has also significantly increased the hypoxie tolerance in mice. Conclusion: LTPI has the anticoagulant effect and the action of inhibiting Platelet ag- gregation.更多还原
