脑内穹窿下器与情绪升压系统之间的关系

【摘要】 目的:本实验在于分析穹窿下器-室旁核-延髓头端腹外侧区血管紧张素 Ⅱ升压系统,外侧下丘脑/穹窿周围区的血管紧张素Ⅱ能神经纤维与中央杏仁核的情绪升压环路中之间的关系。方法:脑内微量注射不同的药物,记录血压和心率的变化。结果:①L-谷氨酸钠微量注射到中央杏仁核或外侧下丘脑/穹窿周围区可引起升压反应。②中央杏仁核或外侧下丘脑/穹窿周围区的升压反应均被血管紧张素Ⅱ拮抗剂分别注入穹窿下器、室旁核、延髓头端腹外侧区所衰减。结论:以上结果表明穹窿下器-室旁核-延髓头端腹外侧区血管紧张素Ⅱ升压系统,通过外侧下丘脑/穹窿周围区投射到穹窿下器的血管紧张素Ⅱ能神经纤维,参与中央杏仁核的情绪升压反应。

【Abstract】 Objective: the present study was to examine whether the (SFO - NPV - RVL) A Ⅱ pressor system is involved in the AC - emotional pressor circuit via A Ⅱ ergic neurons in the LH/PF. Method: Intrabrain microinjection of drugs combined with observation of changes in arterial pressure and heart rate were used. Results: (1) L - glutamate (Glu) microinjection into the AC or LH/PF can in- duced pressor responses. (2) Both the AC - and LH/PF - pressor responses could be reversed by preinjection of [Sar1, Thr8] - angiotensin Ⅱ (an antagonist of A Ⅱ) into either the subfornical organ (SFO), nucleus paraventricularis(NPV) or rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL). Conclusion: the above results prove that the (SFO - NPV - RVL) A Ⅱ pressor system takes part in the AC - emotional pressor response via A Ⅱ ergic projections from the LH/PF to the SFO.
