【摘要】 目的：进一步探讨根分叉病变的现代手术模式。方法：以根分叉病变的传统手术治疗方法为基础，通过对近年所采用的羟磷灰石引导增骨术、引导性组织再生术及其疗效进行评价综述，系统提出了根分叉病变应采取的治疗模式。结果：认为现代综合性手术模式具有更好的治疗前景。结论：根分叉病变的现代手术模式应在传统手术基础上，引入新型材料，改进术式，才是有效的治疗根分叉病变的良好途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the modern style of operation for rootbifurcating diseases. Methods: Discussing the modern style of therapeutic operations including the bone－ increasing operation induced by hydroxyl－ phosphor－ limestone and the inductive operation of tissueregeneration on the basis of some traditional therapeutic methods.Results: Modern styles of integrated modern operations have an excellent foreground.Conclusions: The modern styles of operations for rootbifurcating diseases will be of great potentials only if they are improved on the basis of traditional therapeutic operations.更多还原
