【摘要】 目的：观察普鲁卡因联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法：将住院的 120例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组进行疗效观察和统计学处理。结果：治疗组皮肤紫癜消失在 7d以内者明显多于对照组 (P0.05，尿常规异常者两组比较 P>0.05，但复发的百分率 47.06％明显低于对照组 57.14％，无毒副作用。结论：普鲁卡因联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗过敏性紫癜是安全、有效的，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the Combination of Procain hydrochloride and Dextran－ 40 on anaphylactoid purpura. Methods: 120 cases with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into the test group and the control group that were then observed and statistically analyzed. Results: The disappearance of skin purpura, abdominalgia, hemafecia, arthralgia and arthrocele within 7 days in the test group with anaphylactoid purpura is much more frequent than in the control group(P0.05). The percentage of the recrudescence rate in the test group(47.06％ ), however, is prominently lower than that in the control group without remarkable side effects. Conclusions: The combination of procain hydrochloride and dextran－ 40 is a safe and effective protocol in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura and it is valuable to be spread out in the clinical practice.更多还原
