【摘要】 目的：了解小儿过敏性紫癜对心脑的损害。方法：对确诊为过敏性紫癜的 92例患儿心肌酶、心电图、脑电图进行动态观察。结果： 92例过敏性紫癜患儿心肌酶异常 21例，占 22. 8％；心电图异常 37例，占 40. 2％；多发生在发病 10d后；脑电图异常 48例，占 52. 2％，混合型紫癜脑电图异常率高，异常程度重。结论：小儿过敏性紫癜心电图异常者恢复较快。脑电图恢复与疾病的严重程度相关，伴有肾脏损害的混合型紫癜，脑电图改变较重，恢复较慢。临床上应将心肌酶、心电图及脑电图的检测作为观察过敏性紫癜心脑损害的有无及损害程度的常规检查，便于及时作出正确的判断，对患儿的康复十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 ： Objective:To study anaphylactoid purpura in children with damage of heart and brain.Methods:The clinical data of 92 cases of anaphylactoid purpura(AP) in children with damage of heart and brain have been analysed,especially EEG,ECG and cardiac muscle eneyme.Results:Of 92 cases ,21cases were found abnormal cardiac muscle enzyme(22.8％ ),37 cases with abnormal ECG(40.2％ ),48 cases with abnormal EEG(52.2％ ).Intermix AP has got significant abnormal EEG.Conclusions:EEG,ECG and cardiac muscle eneyme could be the important marks and routine for diagnosis of AP in children with damage of heart and brain.更多还原
