【摘要】 目的:了解 GM-CSF受体 (CD116)在急性白血病中的表达及其临床意义。方法:对 114例急性白血病患者进行免疫表型、细胞遗传学分析。结果: CD116在 ALL中无阳性表达,而在 AML中表达率为 42. 4%, CD116在 FAB各亚型间的出现频率存在明显差异, M5中阳性率最高为 83. 3%, M4为 40%, M3、 M2分别为 27. 2%、 15. 0%。 CD116+ AML中未见特异性染色体异常,但 M5患者 2例出现+ 8异常,均在 CD116+组。结论: CD116主要表达在髓系白血病,且与具有单核细胞特征的白血病相关, CD116、 CD4联合染色体+ 8有利于 M5亚型的诊断。

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the expression of the human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor receptor(CD16)in acute leukemia and its clinical implications.Methods:Prospectively analyted the relationship between imunophenotyptic featues of the blast cells from 114 patients with acute leukemia.Results:CD116 was no expressed in blasts from ALL,CD116 was expressed in blasts from 42.4% of AML,incidence of CD116 expression in each FAB subtype was also different,the highest expression was seen in M5(83.3% ),M4 expressed CD116 in 40% of leukemic cells,M3 in 27.2% and M2 in 15.0% .There are no specific chromsome karyotype abnormal in CD116 positive AML.However,two patients had+ 8 karyotpe in CD 116 positive M5.Conclusion:CD116 and CD4 combing+ 8 might be important to diagnose M6.
