【摘要】 目的 :探讨肝组织中Fas/FasL表达与慢性乙型肝炎的关系。方法 :30例慢性乙型肝炎患者肝穿刺肝组织病理检查及免疫组化SP法检测肝组织中的Fas/FasL、HbcAg。结果 :肝组织中Fas、FasL表达强度与HBcAg在肝组织表达呈正相关 (P <0 0 0 1) ,与慢性肝炎病理损伤的程度即炎症活动度呈正相关 (P <0 0 0 1) ,与肝纤维化程度呈正相关 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :HBV持续感染及复制可诱导肝细胞表达Fas/FasL ,其表达程度随着慢性肝炎病理损伤的程度即炎症活动度及肝纤维化程度加重而增强。Fas -FasL系统介导的细胞凋亡 ,确实参与了慢性乙型肝炎的发病机制 ,且在慢性乙型肝炎的发生发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Assessment the effect of Fas\FasL system on chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Liver biopsy samples from 30 CHB were immunohistostained by SP with rabbit anti-Fas and anti-FasL monoclonal antibody and anti-HbcAg polyclonal antibody. Results: The expression of Fas antigen or FasL in the liver tissue were correlated with the expression of HbcAg in the liver tissue(P<0 001)and the degree of CHB that was the grade of inflammatory activity and the stage of fibrosis of liver tissue(P<0 001). Conclusion:The persistent aggression and replication of virus induced the expression of Fas antigen or FasL in the liver tissue which agravated the degree of pathological impairment that was the grade of inflammatory activity (G) and the stage of fibrosis (S). Fas\FasL-induced apoptosis contributed to pathogenesis of CHB and play an important role on the progression of CHB.更多还原
