【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of curcumin on human acute myelocytic leukemia cells in vitro. Method: MTT.Results: The inhibition effect of curcumin on clinical patients’ samples is different, the leukemia cells of original team are more sensitive than those of relapse team (P<0 05). Conclusion: Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of primary culture of human leukemic cells.更多还原
