几个生态因子对卜氏晶囊轮虫休眠卵萌发的影响

【摘要】 报道了几个生态因子 (盐度、光照、pH )对卜氏晶囊轮虫 (Asplanchnabrightwelli)休眠卵萌发及低温冷冻对休眠卵上浮的影响。结果表明 ,采自淡水水体的卜氏晶囊轮虫休眠卵在盐度 3 0以内均有不同比例萌发 ,盐度 1 0的萌发率较高。光照是隔年与新产休眠卵萌发的必要条件。卜氏晶囊轮虫休眠卵在 pH为 5 0~ 9 9的淡水中均能萌发 ,pH为 6 0 5~ 9 9范围内 ,对萌发率的影响差异不显著 ,pH为 8 0左右萌发率最高。冷冻处理 ( - 5℃冻 2d)可大大提高隔年休眠卵的上浮率 ,但使用高渗液也不能促进新产休眠卵上浮。根据休眠卵萌发与温度间的关系 ,提出了卜氏晶囊轮虫休眠卵的生物学零度为 1 1 5~ 1 2℃ ,萌发上限温度为 37~ 38℃ ,2 4℃萌发率最大 ,1 2~ 2 4℃萌发率与温度间呈正相关 ;2 4~ 37℃萌发率与温度呈负相关

【Abstract】 Effects of ecological factors such as salinity, light, pH, freezing on hatching rate of resting eggs from \%Asplanchna brightwelli\% were examined. It was found that the eggs were normally developed at water temperature of 12~37℃, pH value 5 0~9 9, salinity less than 3 0 The maximum hatchability of the resting eggs occurred when water temperature was 24℃ or so, pH value 8 0, salinity 1 0 The upper limited temperature of the resting eggs from \%A brightwelli\% was positively related to water temperature with in 12℃to 24℃, and negatively to 24~37℃ There were no significant difference of hatchability for resting eggs among salinity 0 5~3 0 and pH 6 05~9 9. The floating rate of the resting eggs by \%A brightwelli\% increased with increase in a freezing preiod of 2 days at 5℃, but the newly produced resting eggs did not floated by a hyperosmotic water solution of salt and sugar. Relationship between water temperature and the hatching rates of resting eggs indicated that bioligical zero point of the resting eggs from \%A brightwelli\% ranged from 11 5℃to 12℃.
