水中亚硝酸盐对彭泽鲫血红蛋白及高铁血红蛋白的影响

【摘要】 调查和监测了 60口优质鱼类养殖池塘水质理化因子和生物因子共 31项 ,结果发现 ,多发病的鱼塘亚硝酸盐含量比少发病的鱼塘高 ,其含量均值分别为 0 1 76、 0 0 95mg/L ;以彭泽鲫 (Carassiusauratus)为试验材料 ,测定亚硝酸盐对血红蛋白的毒性影响 ,结果表明 ,鲫血液中的高铁血红蛋白 (MHb)随NO2 -N浓度的增加呈指数递增关系 ;1 8mg/L和 0 8mg/LNO2 -N分别为 48h和 96h毒性影响的临界值。养殖水体增加足量溶氧、适量的氧化剂、氯离子和硝化细菌 ,可降低亚硝酸盐的含量

【Abstract】 We measured 31 physicochemical and biological parameters in 60 qualified cultured fishes ponds. The result shows that the frequently ill-caught ponds have higher nitrite than the occasionally ill-caught ponds. Their quantity of nitrite were 0.176 mg/L. and 0.095 mg/L, respectively. We have also test the effect of toxicity of nitrite on Hb in \%Carassius auratus (Var. pengze)\% blood. It turns out that the toxicity of nitrite makes the blood index of MHb in this fish increase with increasing in NO\-2-N density. It was found that critical values of toxic action after 48 hours and 96 hours were 1.8 mg/L and 0.8 mg/L, respectively. If we add adequate dissolved oxygen, just the right amount oxidant, Cl\+- or Nitrobacteria in cultured water,then it will lower the quantity of nitrite.
