美国加州电力危机对我国电力市场化改革的启示
Inspiration from California Electricity Crisis to China Markets-Oriented Electric Industry Reform
【摘要】 对美国加州电力危机产生的原因 ,从立法、市场结构、社会因素和自然因素等方面进行了分析。并在此基础上 ,阐述了加州电力危机对我国电力工业市场化改革的启示。
【Abstract】 The cause of the electricity crisis in California is analyzed in detail from the aspects of legislation, market structure, social and natural factors etc. Inspiration from the crisis to China markets oriented reform in electric power industry is elaborated.
