【摘要】 介绍了近一段时间全球温室气体减排的进展及面临的形势 ,并预测了未来二氧化碳的排放趋势 .着重对 CO2 的资源化问题进行了分析和探讨 ,从 CO2 作为再生资源的角度讨论了 CO2 的回收、利用和处置技术 ;同时指出资源化问题存在的挑战和负面影响 .证明 CO2 资源化对温室气体减排作用不明显 ,应大力提倡“无悔”行动 .最后从热力学角度分析了 CO2 问题的本质 .更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the development of the greenhouse gases emission reduction and the current situation, and predicts the trends of carbon dioxide emission in future. Then, the authors review and analyze the issue on CO 2 as a resource, including CO 2 capture, reuse and storage technologies. On the basis of above mentioned results, the authors propose the negative effects and the challenges of CO 2 mitigation technologies. In view of this, a conclusion has been drawn: CO 2 reuse has little effect on greenhouse gases reduction and "no regret" activities should be encouraged. Finally, according to the thermodynamic principle, the crux of the CO 2 issues is analyzed.更多还原
