【摘要】 把有机概念图应用到中药研究中 ,通过计算中药有效成分的有机性值与无机性值 ,从而确定其在有机概念图各性状区的分布 .通过研究中药有效成分与有机概念图之间的关系 ,可以验证许多中药有效成分的性状 ,并能很好解释几味常用中药的分离提取、剂型设计及复方配伍等问题 .另外 ,根据常用中药在有机概念图中的分布 ,可以推测其他有效成分的性质或者进行药物筛选 .结果表明 ,有机概念图可以很好地应用到中药研究中 ,并对中药的现代化具有一定的指导作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Organic concept chart is applied to traditional Chinese medicine. Organic character values and inorganic character values of the active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine are calculated, which can ascertain the distribution of the active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine in organic concept chart. The relationship between the active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine and organic concept chart is analyzed, which can validate the properties of the active constituents of the most traditional Chinese medicine and explain the extraction and separation, pharmaceutical preparations and compound mixing of several kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in common use commendably. On the other hand, according to the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine in organic concept chart, the properties of other active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine can be conjectured and new medicines can be screened. As a result, organic concept chart can be applied to traditional Chinese medicine well and provide a guide for modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
