改性氧化铝催化伯醇脱水合成1-烯烃研究

【摘要】 在改性氧化铝催化伯醇脱水制备 1 -烯烃的反应中 ,反应温度、进料速度、醇的碳链长度、改性剂的种类、改性氧化铝的种类等对醇的转化率、1 -烯烃的选择性有影响 ;在 34 0℃、常压下 ,正己醇的转化率为 97.8% ,1 -己烯的选择性为 93.3% .关联了氧化铝的酸强度与正己醇的转化率、1 -己烯的选择性 ;酸强度增加有利于转化率的提高 ,而酸强度的减小有利于选择性的提高 .讨论了改性氧化铝催化醇脱水的反应机理

【Abstract】 1-Olefines are monomers of ethylene copolymers.1 Olefines were prepared from primary alcohol dehydration catalyzed by modifying alumina. The effects of reaction temperature, feed velocity of alcohol, carbochain length of alcohol, kinds of modifying agents on convertion of primary alcohol and selection of 1 olefine were studied. At 340 ℃, 1 hexene was prepared with 97.8% convertion of hexanol and 93.3% selection of 1 hexene. Acidity of modifying alumina is related with convertion of hexanol and selection of 1 hexene, with the increase of acidity of alumina, the convertion of hexanol increases, but the selection of 1 olefine decreases. Reaction mechanism of alcohol dehydration catalyzed by modifying aluminum was studied.
