燃油性质对船用中速柴油机排放的影响
Effect of fuel properties on exhaust emissions from marine medium speed engine
【摘要】 鉴于 2 0 0 0 -0 1 -0 1起国际海事组织 ( IMO)对船用柴油机的 NOx排放提出了限度值 ,研究了船用中速柴油机燃用轻柴油、窄馏分柴油及重油等燃油对 NOx与颗粒排放的影响 .发现了燃油中重馏分越多、芳烃含量越多、碳含量越多 ,则排放 NOx越少 ,但增加了颗粒的排放 .为了能降低 NOx排放 ,又不过多增加颗粒排放 ,燃用轻柴油时采取了延迟喷油 ,燃用重油时采用掺水乳化的方法 ,证明对降低船用中速柴油机 NOx排放是有效的
【Abstract】 IMO will restrict the NO x exhaust emission of marine diesel engines since January, 1, 2000. So this paper presents the research work of the effect of different fuels on NO x and particulate exhaust emissions of a medium speed marine diesel engine. It covers emission data and the influence of heavier distillation, much more aromatics, much more sulfur in fuel on reduction of NO x emission and increase of particulate emission. The means used to reduce NO x emission on the medium speed marine diesel engine such as ″fuel injection timing retard″ and ″water emulsions″ are discussed.
