气体放电用脉宽调制型逆变电源的设计
Design of the power supply with PWM used in gas discharge
【摘要】 强电离气体放电技术在环保领域应用越来越广泛 ,而实现该技术的关键是要有结构简单、稳定可靠的高压逆变电源 .针对于此 ,介绍了一种利用绝缘栅型场效应晶体管 ( IGBT)器件和脉宽调制 ( PWM)控制制造的高压逆变电源 ,并论述了它的设计方法和工作原理 .使用该电源于臭氧制备实验中 ,臭氧的质量浓度可提高到 2 5 0 g/m3 ,在脱硫脱硝和汽车尾气处理等实验中应用也取得好的效果 .结果表明 ,该电源满足了介质阻挡强电离气体放电的工艺要求 .
【Abstract】 In this paper, a kind of power supply of pulse width modulation (PWM), which are used in strong ionization gas discharge, are introduced with the design technique and operational principle of it. Some experiments were operated by using this power supply. The experimental result shows that the power supply meets the demands of dielectric barrier strong ionization discharge, and makes a good application in production of ozone, removal of SO 2 and NOx, and treatment of automobile exhaust.
