涡轮端叶片CAD中二维成型到三维曲面的实现
3-D Model of turbine side blades of ship diesel’s turbine compressor in CAD
【摘要】 针对船用柴油机涡轮增压器端叶片计算机辅助设计的有关问题 ,结合实船数据及 VTR柴油机涡轮增压器的实际情况 ,分析了涡轮叶片的某些特性 ,采用 Visual C++编程 ,ARX/ADS接口 ,用二维 NURBS曲线拟合得到该叶片的二维图形 ,进而在 Auto CAD R1 4中实现该叶片的三维曲面
【Abstract】 This paper specifically analyzes the turbine side blades 3 D model’s computer aided design of ship turbine compressor. By using the Visual C++ program language and ARX/ADS interface of AutoCAD R14, this process can build the 3D model on AutoCAD R14 desktop. Concerning the data of ship and the turbine compressor of VTR series,this paper also studies the characteristic of flow function between turbine blades and draws turbine blades 2 D map by NURBS curve imitate to realize 3 D model on AutoCAD R14.
