强电离放电产生高浓度臭氧的实验研究
Experimental study on ozone generation of high concentration with the method of strong ionization discharge
【摘要】 采用强电离放电方法 ,使放电间隙中的电子获得的平均能量大于氧分子分解能量 8.4 e V.实现了通过放电电场强度控制产生臭氧的等离子体化学反应过程 .臭氧的浓度和产生效率分别达到 2 3 8g/m3和 2 0 0g/k Wh
【Abstract】 The method of strong ionization discharge( E/n >250 Td,1Td =10 17 V·cm 2)is adopted in the following experiment. Average energy gained by electrons in the discharge gap is more than decomposition energy of oxygen(8.4 eV), and plasma chemical reaction process of ozone generation are controlled by discharge electric field intensity. Ozone generation and producing efficiency are 238 g/m 3 and 200 kgO 3/kwh respectively.
