【摘要】 以燃煤电厂烟气脱硫方案的技术评价为研究对象，提出了将软科学研究人员与领域专家、定性分析与定量分析、经验决策与计算机辅助决策融为一体的模糊决策分析法。并在此塞础上建立了烟气脱硫方案技术评价的物理模型、数学模型和判断准则等，结合对Ｗ电厂烟气脱硫工艺的选择，进行了实例分析和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking technique evaluation of FGD scheme in coal-fired power plant as an object, the authors propose a fuzzy decision analysis method combining soft science researchers and field experts, qualitative analysis and quantitative anal- ysis, empirical decision and computer aid decision as a whole. A physical model, mathematical model and decision guidelines for technique evaluation of FGD scheme are setup accordingly. A practical application example is exhibited combining FGD technique selection for W Power Plant.更多还原
