【摘要】 财政风险在目前呈现急剧扩大的趋势 ,其直接原因是制度变迁过程中的制度缺陷。因此 ,本文通过分析制度变迁过程中的制度缺陷寻找产生财政风险的根源 ,并提出以市场为导向进行财政制度、企业制度、金融制度的改革 ,应依靠市场的力量来防范与化解财政风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial risk-taking is now tending to grow rapidly rightly because of the institutional defects emerging in the course of mechanism changing. This paper aims at looking for the cause of financial risk by analyzing the institutional defects and points out that only through reforming the existing financial, business and monetary institutions, and relying on market forces can financial risk be prevented and resolved.更多还原
