【Abstract】 Spark states of the gap are the base of servo control in EDM, so it is very important to test them. There are many methods of testing spark states of the gap, the method of testing the average or the peak value of voltage is used commonly. This paper puts forward the testing method of the average voltage in a pulse width in the gap, the thinking is handiness.
