【摘要】 本文论述了高强度热轧磁轭板的选材、成分设计、工艺路线制定、炼钢、连铸、轧制工艺的优化 ,通过与国外材料的对比 ,进行应用性能的研究。研究结果表明 ,该材料满足大型发电机组对磁轭钢板的技术要求。文中对该材料在天生桥机组上的实际应用效果进行了分析和总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the material selection ,composition design,definition of process route,steel making,continuous casting and optimization of rolled process of hot rolled rim sheets with high strength are presented.By comparing with foreign material applicability of this kind of steel sheets are studied.The test states that the material has been meet the specification for rim sheets for the utility type generator units.The actual application effect of the material on Tianshengqiao power station units is analyzed and generalized.更多还原
