薄板激光焊接温度场的数值研究
Study on numerical of the temperature field in laser welding of steel sheet
【摘要】 进行了薄板激光焊温度场的分析与数值模拟 ,在空间域上用加权余量法 ,时间域上用有限差分法离散 ,建立了有限元方程 ,并编制了相应的程序。在程序中考虑了材料热物性参数的温度相关性、熔化潜热以及对流辐射等对温度场的影响 ,为进一步分析应力应变场奠定了基础。最后对程序计算结果与实验结果作了比较 ,吻合较好
【Abstract】 In this article, the temperature field in laser welding of steel sheet is simulated by finite element method. According to the governing equation, a numerical simulation model is established and corresponding program is designed. The effects of temperature dependence material parameters and potential heat are considered in the program. It is shown that the simulation results are in accordance with the experimental results.
