电弧喷涂控制系统研究之二——系统控制参数优化及自适应控制设计

【摘要】 电弧喷涂控制系统进行了硬件扩充和软件改进 ,增加了PC机采集喷涂过程参数并同单片机串行通讯 ,实现PC机在线修改PID调节器参数 ,采用遗传算法对控制系统YKp YKi和SKp SKi 寻优 ,进而实现了电弧喷涂过程的自适应控制 ,获得优质喷焊涂层
【Abstract】 Aiming at the defect and re extending the capability of the original arc spraying micro control system, its function and control algorithm are augmented and improved, adaptive control of arc spray parameters is realized, and perfect coat quality is achieved.
