电弧喷涂控制系统研究之一——数学模型的建立及PID控制器设计

【摘要】 研究了微机控制电弧喷涂系统各组成部分 ,并建立了数学模型 ,为最佳控制提供了理论依据和保证 ,研究设计了弧压反馈控制器和电流反馈控制器 ,建立微机控制电弧喷涂最优控制系统 ,获得满意的喷涂效果。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a kind of single chip computer controlled arc spraying equipment system in which an arithmetic model of the arc spraying system and a design method of the PID controllers are investigated. Experiments indicate that the arc spraying processes is stable and high controlling precision.
