【摘要】 以鱿鱼精巢组织中提取的核蛋白为主要成分制成精核蛋白提取物 ,利用功能学评价实验方法对提取物进行抗疲劳、抗氧化以及免疫调节实验。结果表明 :( 1 )该提取物能明显延长小鼠爬杆和负重游泳时间 ,减少小鼠运动时肝糖元的消耗 ,降低运动后血乳酸的水平 ;( 2 )该提取物能降低血中过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛 ( MDA)含量、增强血中超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活力 ;提高小鼠 NK细胞活性、巨噬细胞吞噬百分比和吞噬指数及细胞免疫水平。因而 ,该提取物有抗疲劳、抗氧化以及免疫调节作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The health protection function of nucleoprotein extracted from squid spermary, such as anti\|fatigue, anti\|oxdization and immuno\|regulation was discussed in this paper. The results show that nucleopotein extraction increased mice′s time of swimming and rodding, decreased the consumption of liver glucogen in sporting and lowered the level of blood lactic acid after sport. It also lowered the level of molondialdehyde in blood and enhanced the SOD activity in blood; enhanced the NK cell′s activity, phagocytic rate, phagocytic index and level of cell immunology.更多还原
