稳定氟碳化合物涂层织物表面能的新方法研究
A New Method of Stabilizing the Surface Energy of Fabrics Coated Fluorocarbon
【摘要】 主要研究氟碳类化合物涂层织物的耐水洗性能问题。氟碳类化合物涂层织物经过水洗后 ,其表面能会升高 ,会逐渐失去拒水拒油的能力。采用氟碳链固化工艺 ,使氟碳类化合物涂层织物的耐水洗性能明显提高 ,经多次水洗后其表面能仍然稳定不变。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly deals with the water-fastness of fabrics coated with fluorocarbon. The surface energy of fabrics coated with fluorocarbon increases after washing, thus no longer capable of being water-repellent and oil-repellent. A fluorin-chain-solidifying technology was presented, which can markedly improve the water-fastness of coated fabrics. The surface energy of coated fabrics remains stable even though they have been washed for many times.
