TC787触发块的特点及其在单晶炉控温中的应用
Features of TC787 Trigger and Its Application in the Temperature Control of Monocrystal line Furnace
【摘要】 介绍了TC787触发块的特点和功能 ,并通过TC787触发块在单晶炉温度控制系统中的应用 ,进一步阐述了该集成电路的优良特性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the features and functions of TC787 Trigger are introduced and the excellent properties of the integrated circuit are dealt with in detail through the application of TC787 Trigger in the temperature control system of monocrystalline furnace.
