【Abstract】 The paper presents a novel ZCT soft\|switching PWM converter: the main switch is turned off under zero\|current, and the auxiliary switch is turned on and off under zero\|current. It is very attractive for high power application where IGBT is predominantly used as the power switches. Theoretical analysis, parameters selection, computer simulation and experimental results are presented to explain the proposed scheme.更多还原
