阿苯达唑乳剂治疗肝囊型包虫病患者中复发病例的分析
Analysis of Recurrent Cases with Hepatic Cystic Echinococcosis Treated by Emulsion Albendazole
【摘要】 2 12例用阿苯达唑乳剂治疗的肝囊型包虫病患者中停药后随访 1～ 5年的共 177例 ,其中复发 18例 ,复发率 10 .2 % ,多数复发病例出现在停药后 2年之内 ( 88.8% ) ,未发现药物剂量和疗程对复发的影响 ,老年病人和原为手术后复发的病人中复发率显著较高 ,复发病人经再次药物治疗的效果良好。
【Abstract】 In 177 cases with hepatic cystic echinococcosis treated by emulsion albendazole, 18 cases recurrent (10.2%) were found after 1~5 year follow-up. 88.8% of recurrence were occurred within 2 years after drug treatment.No influence on efficacy was found in dosage and courses of therapy. The high recurrenct rate occured in the aged cases and the recurred cases after surgical operation.11 recurrent cases were retreated with emulsion albendazole and cured after 6~9 months of therapy courses.
