多火焰辐射室三维温度场的计算
The Calculation of the Three-Dimensional Temperature Field in Radiative Chamber with Several Flame Zones
【摘要】 论述了一种多火焰辐射室三维温度场和炉墙散热率的计算方法。该法采用蒙特卡罗法计算火焰的能量分布 ,计算程序可完成烟气的流动、烟气换热性能、管内物料的裂解化学反应过程以及炉膛内温度场的计算 ,得出满足裂解炉管热量分布的最佳燃烧室结构尺寸、烧嘴结构及能量分配方案。该方法已应用于大庆 48万吨级乙烯裂解炉及一段转化炉的改造中。经过现场采集数据验证 ,证明计算方法正确 ,结果可靠
【Abstract】 The paper describes a new method of calculating the temperature distribution of radiant gas and the heat absorption rate of walls in the case of a three dimensional radiation chamber with several flame zones. The calculation is conducted by the Monte Carlo method and programmed for electronic digital computation. The model can predict flame radiation energy flux, gas flows, heat transfer characteristics, chemical reaction processes occurring within tubular reactor and temperature distribution in the furnace. Therefore, the firebox geometry, burner structure and energy distribution can be selected to obtain the required heat flux level and distribution on the furnace tubes. The predictions have been used to improve the performance of 480 000 t ethylene cracking furnace and preliminary reformer in Darqing. The results are compared with furnace operating measurements of temperature profile. Agreement between the predictions and data is very satisfactory.
