铝合金快速硬质阳极氧化工艺

【摘要】 传统的铝合金硬质阳极氧化要求低温操作 ,能耗大。为提高生产效率 ,降低成本 ,研究了直流脉冲电源铝合金阳极氧化工艺在 5 - 1 0℃下操作。研究了添加剂A、B对工艺参数和氧化膜性能的影响。添加剂A、B的加入提高了氧化温度和速度 ,所得氧化膜性能优良。

【Abstract】 Low temperature operating was required in conventional hard anodic oxidation of aluminum which result in high energy consumption. Hard anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy under direct pulsed current at temperature of 5-10℃ was studied. The effect of additive A and B on oxidizing parameters and properties of the obtained oxide film was studied. The temperature and rate of oxidation were raised by the addition of A and B, and oxide film with excellent properties was obtained. Results show that the process has low cost and high productivity.
