不同大豆基因型氮素积累运转研究简报
NITROGEN ACCUMULATION AND TRANSLOCATION IN DIFFERENT SOYBEAN VARIETIES
【摘要】 利用两个蛋白质含量不同 ,但生育期相同的大豆品种 ,在盆栽条件下 ,研究了营养体氮素积累及其运转的特性 ,结果表明 :高蛋白品种无论是氮素积累 ,还是氮素转运效率都明显高于蛋白质含量低的品种 ,高蛋白品种的叶部含氮量显著高于茎的含量 ,而低蛋白品种相差不大 ,并且高蛋白品种的氮素积累高峰期迟于低蛋白品种
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the characteristics of nitrogen accumulation and translocation, two soybean varieties with different protein contents were used in pot experiments. The results show that both the nitrogen accumulation and nitrogen translocation efficiency of higher protein content variety are significantly higher than that of lower-protein variety, there is also great difference between leaf nitrogen and stem nitrogen in high-protein variety, and the former is higher than that of latter, but there is only slight difference in lower-protein one. Nitrogen accumulation peak is ten days delayed in high-protein variety than that of lower-protein one.
