【摘要】 自去年教育部提出在中小学普及信息技术教育的决定后，各地的中小学校都在忙于开设信息技术课程。这门课在本质上明显不同于以往的计算机课，它内含着培养学生信息素养的重要目标，所以这是一次创新的实践。然而在实施的过程中一线教师将不可避免地会遇到前所未有的问题，这需要通过他们自己的努力去研究、去解决，这样才能在实施信息技术教育的同时实现真正的教育创新。因此笔者认为在开设信息技术课程的同时，教师还应同时提高以行动研究方法为基础的教学研究能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Ministry of education made a decision of offering the course of IT in primary and secondary schools last year． It is quite different from the course of computer taught in the past． The course of IT includes the significant goal in cultivating students in information capabilities， and it is indeed an innovative practice． The teachers at schools have to meet an unexpected challenge and need to make great efforts in research and innovation． The authors of this paper point out that teachers need to develop their research ability in IT course instruction by applying of action research methodology．更多还原
