镀层与氧化膜的内应力及其测定方法
Internal Stress of Electroplated Coating & Anodic Oxidation Film and the Measuring Methods
【摘要】 综述了电镀层、阳极氧化膜、气相沉积多层膜和高温氧化膜等镀覆层中内应力产生的原因 ,介绍了内应力的测定方法 ,并对影响内应力的各种因素进行了分析
【Abstract】 The causes for the internal stress formed in electroplated coaing, anodic oxidation film, physical vapor deposition multilayer film and high temperature oxidation film are overviewed; the internal stress measuring methods described; and the factors affecting internal stress analyzed.
