【Abstract】 In a dynamic environment, the competitive advantages of an enterprise is a dynamic system composed of three levels of advantages． The competitive advantage based on strategic assets and core competence is the first step materializing the competitive advantage based on strategic logic and outlook, which results from a group of unique resources and competence enabling an enterprise compete effectively on the market of final products and distinguishing itself from its competitors． An enterprise has to rely on the competitive advantage based on operation processes and allocation of value chains so that it can eventually make the competitive adavantage based on strategic assets and core competence find expression in its final products and services．更多还原
