锌锰电池中铅含量

【摘要】 采用硝酸-盐酸分解预处理和原子吸收分光光度法对各种锌锰电池和碱性锌锰电池的铅含量进行了检测,以期了解电池铅含量的水平。检测结果表明:锌锰电池的铅含量明显高于碱性锌锰电池;67个锌锰电池样品除2个样品铅含量较低外,其余65个样品的铅含量在0.008%-0.30%之间;29个LR03电池样品的铅含量在1.4×10-6~ 8.3×10-5之间;33个LR6电池样品的铅含量在2.3×10-6~9.8×10-5之间。文章还对电池中铅的来源、作用及无铅化的可能性进行了讨论和分析。

【Abstract】 The Lead content in Zn/MnO2 batteries and alkaline Zn/MnO2 batteries was tested by nitric acid-hydrochloric acid decomposition and flame stomic absorption spectrometric method.The test results showed that the Lead content in Zn/MnO2 batteries was higher than that of in alkaline Zn/MnO2 batteries.Except two samples,sixty-five Zn/MnO2 battery samples lead content was between 0.008%~0.30% sixty-two alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery samples lead content was between 1.4x10-6~9.8% x10-5.The effects and sources of lead in battery were reviewed.The possibility of battery lead-free was analyzed.
